Ami’s love of Choro music has led to the collaboration and formation of Grupo Falso Baiano, a group that plays Choro and contemporary Brazilian music spanning nearly 100 years. This group includes 7-string guitarist Brian Moran, formerly of “Blowout,” mandolinist Jesse Appelman, and reed player Zach Pitt-Smith.
